We were able to booked it right before midnight, very cozy and clean

The rooms are unique. Comfortable and updated in an Art deco way. The pool is small and more set up to be something to congregate around and socialize. Definitely a younger crowd/influencer type, if that’s your thing. The valet is good, hard to find at first though on arrival. Expensive too, but overnight parking in this area is basically nonexistent so they get to charge as the market allows.The staff was friendly but the checkout person was a bit curt. I’d stay here again for the room, convenience to sunset strip activities, and overall feel.

My family loved the tennis court, pool, and jacuzzi. Room was great. Food was great too, from brunch to mid-day cookies and dinner cocktails. We very much enjoyed our weekend here. Valet was very friendly and accommodating as was the staff at the restaurant. We extended our stay since we liked it so much. Traveled with two teens. Opportunities- Gym was tricky to get into since you have to check-in at the spa to use which was a bit awkward. Front desk staff had one unfriendly young guy who lacked people skills. Nonetheless, everyone else was exceptional and will be back here for sure!

Wrongly advertised on their website about amenities- no coffee maker, no microwave or ironing board in the room. When quests stone faced guy- he responded candidly that every hotel is different. I asked him that your website shows 50 amenities in the hotel and the most important ones are missing. He pointed to a door that there is a microwave behind that door and coffee machine is 24 hours running. Am I gonna come in Pajamas downstairs to get coffee. The Bathroom looked new but felt like was built by a handyman. The bath tub faucet is crooked and more water flows through the faucet when you even try your best to ur the shower. The sink was other thing to be kept in museum. Looks like nobody cleaned the sink before putting a sealant (I don’t even know if sinks have to be sealed) , bunch of hairs and dirt in each corner of the sink(which are covered by sealant. Room window air conditioner was so loud that after midnight had to turn it off so could sleep. Soaps and body lotion are another commodities to be kept in museum. The guy on first day on June 16 2026, when I checked in was ready to fight with me and even printed amenities in the room and in the premises—Don’t know , where he printed from, website doesn’t distinguish those amenities -in room or on premises. The other 2 receptionists that I came across were amazingly polite and listened. I have all the pictures of bathroom etc Will never face even to that side, forget about staying. Plenty of parking-as no one goes there.

The property was clean and a great value. The lobby and bar area is beautiful. The rooms are large as well. If I had any complaints it would be a lack of good dining options.
